Mejec at INDO WATER 2026 | Connecting Water & Wastewater Solutions in Southeast Asia

From August 11–13, 2026, Mejec took part in INDO WATER 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran in Jakarta, bringing together its wastewater treatment and drinking water solutions for customers and water industry professionals from Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asian market.

As one of the region's leading water and wastewater exhibitions, INDO WATER 2026 provided a professional platform for technology companies, distributors, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to exchange ideas and explore new solutions for the region's evolving water infrastructure needs.

Showcasing Solutions for Different Wastewater Applications

During the exhibition, Mejec presented a range of wastewater treatment systems designed for different scales and applications.

For decentralized residential projects, the Mejec Scavenger household wastewater treatment system attracted attention for its compact design and practical operation. Using the CASS process, the system is designed for 5–10 users and supports three treated water options: toilet flushing, irrigation, and direct discharge. Its plug-and-play configuration makes it suitable for villas, rural homes, guesthouses, scenic destinations, and other locations without convenient access to centralized sewer networks.

For decentralized wastewater treatment applications, Mejec also presented its SA and SB Johkasou series, integrated wastewater treatment systems designed to provide reliable onsite treatment for residential and other applications.

The JM series containerized wastewater treatment system was another part of the exhibition portfolio, demonstrating a modular approach for projects that require flexible deployment, rapid installation, or additional treatment capacity.

Together, these solutions reflect Mejec's approach to wastewater treatment: providing different system configurations according to project scale, site conditions, and infrastructure requirements.

Expanding the Conversation from Wastewater to Drinking Water

INDO WATER 2026 was also an opportunity for Mejec to present its commercial drinking water solutions.

The exhibition portfolio included commercial drinking water dispensers, RO water purification systems, high-capacity water purification equipment, and ice-making drinking water dispensers. These solutions are designed for applications including offices, schools, hotels, healthcare facilities, factories, and other commercial and public environments.

Having both wastewater treatment and drinking water solutions on display allowed Mejec to engage with a wider range of visitors and discuss different aspects of water management—from wastewater treatment and reuse to the supply of purified drinking water.

Three Days of Conversations and New Connections

Across the three-day exhibition, the Mejec booth welcomed distributors, contractors, project developers, and other professionals from the water industry.

Many conversations moved beyond product introductions and focused on specific project requirements, application conditions, local market needs, and potential cooperation. These discussions provided valuable insight into the changing demands of the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets.

For Mejec, INDO WATER 2026 was not simply an opportunity to display products. It was a chance to meet the people working directly in the region's water industry, exchange practical ideas, and explore where different treatment technologies can create value for local projects.

With the exhibition now concluded, Mejec looks forward to continuing these conversations and building new partnerships across Southeast Asia.
