First-Generation Microcontroller in the Control System
The first-generation system is composed of a microcontroller and PLC-based electrical control integrated with a touchscreen, flow meter, temperature sensors, and other intelligent instruments. Water quality data is transmitted stably and displayed in real time on the screen, ensuring stable equipment operation and a low failure rate of the electrical control system.
The internal water pump adopts a non-clogging design, which effectively prevents particles smaller than 5 mm from entering the impeller. As a result, the pump typically has a service life of up to three years, with a simple structure that makes maintenance convenient for on-site operation and maintenance personnel.
The blower features low noise and low energy consumption, with noise levels below 40 dB within a 5-meter range.
Overall, the system is characterized by stable operation, easy maintenance, and consistently stable effluent quality.
