Platform Construction and Data Visualization Implementation

The traditional rural sewage operation and maintenance model heavily relies on manual on-site inspections, often suffering from low efficiency, high labor costs, and delayed issue responses. To address these industry challenges, the company initiated the development of a smart operation and maintenance platform in 2018, officially embarking on a transformative journey from purely manual management to digital management.

The core goal of this stage is to complete the construction of basic capabilities from scratch, relying on IoT technology to achieve remote monitoring of decentralized sewage treatment stations. The platform adopts a B/S architecture and is deployed on the public cloud. A communication link between the on-site PLC and various instruments is established through a 4G intelligent gateway (such as Fanyi Box) to accurately collect core real-time indicators such as equipment operation status, water processing volume, and energy consumption data. At the same time, the platform synchronously realizes data visualization display and basic alarm functions for both PC and mobile devices (WeChat mini programs), effectively solving key problems such as difficult monitoring of rural sewage facilities and opaque operation and maintenance information, laying a solid foundation for the deepening and systematic construction of platform functions in the future.
